Cookie Policy

Draft prepared August 2026.

Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel or approved by the organization. Do not treat as final or publish without legal review.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information between visits. This site uses only a small number of them, described below by category, per spec section 73's "no complex cookie wall" principle.

2. Essential

Always on — required for the site to function (for example, remembering your language preference). These don't require consent under PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25, since the site cannot work without them.

3. Analytics

Not yet active. Once Google Analytics 4 is connected (see ARCHITECTURE.md), this section will name the specific cookies it sets, their retention period, and how to opt out — and the site will ask for your consent before setting them, not after.

4. Marketing

Disabled. No marketing or advertising cookies are used in this version of the site (spec section 73).

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.
